• Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
    If your nails get scratched or misshapen, we will fix them for you. To avail this service, you need to inform the salon where you got the service within 24 hours of the initial service. However, you must schedule an appointment to get your nails fixed within a week of your first service. We don't offer refunds or credit notes if you've simply changed your mind. If you're unhappy with the quality of our work, we will redo the service at no extra cost, but you must inform us right away after the service. Once you leave the salon, it's assumed that you're satisfied with the service. If your nails are damaged due to your negligence, we will charge you for any repairs or replacements. If you're unsure about nail care, feel free to ask our nail technician.
  • Punctuality
    If you think you're going to be late for your appointment, please let a salon coordinator know. If your delay is more than ten minutes, we can't promise that we'll be able to complete all the services you've booked, but we'll certainly try our best.
  • Personal Belongings
    Palazzio Spa cannot be held accountable for any personal belongings that get damaged during our services. We kindly ask you to handle nail polishes with caution and ensure that you haven't left any of your possessions behind.
  • Payment Methods
    You can pay for all services and products using cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Passion Nails Gift Certificates. We do not accept any other forms of payment, including checks.
  • Gift Card / Voucher Terms of Use
    No cash advances: Your Gift Card cannot be used to get a cash advance or be exchanged for cash.
    Validity and expiry of Gift Cards: We hold no responsibility for redeeming any Gift Card that is used beyond its expiry date.
    Lost or stolen Gift Cards: Handle your gift card as you would handle cash. If it gets lost or stolen, it won't be replaced or refunded.
    Gift Cards cannot be cancelled: Your gift card cannot be cancelled.
    Your Gift Card, your responsibility: It is your responsibility to use and keep your Gift Card safe.

    • If you suspect you have an infection or unusual reaction related to your nails, please notify the salon manager immediately.
