If your nails get scratched or misshapen, we will fix them for you. To
avail this service, you need to inform the salon where you got the service within 24
hours of the initial service. However, you must schedule an appointment to get your
nails fixed within a week of your first service. We don't offer refunds or credit
notes if you've simply changed your mind. If you're unhappy with the quality of our
work, we will redo the service at no extra cost, but you must inform us right away
after the service. Once you leave the salon, it's assumed that you're satisfied with
the service. If your nails are damaged due to your negligence, we will charge you
for any repairs or replacements. If you're unsure about nail care, feel free to ask
our nail technician.
